- Grilled chicken breast or turkey salad. Ask for an extra meat. If adding cheese, go very light on the dressing.
- Veggie & cheese salad. Request light cheese and add extra cheese. Ask for lots of tomatoes and peppers if possible.
Tips & Tricks
- All subs may include vegetables of choice.
- Ask to go light on any sauces. Avoid any fat free dressings. Light mayonnaise is the best option.
- Salads are made to order. Be sure to load up on as many vegetables as you can. Less lettuce and more tomatoes, peppers, pickles, etc.
