Meal Options

  • Entrée house salad, grilled chicken breast
  • Entrée house salad, 2 fire grilled shrimp skewer
  • Grilled salmon salad (no tortilla strips)
  • Cobb salad (no bacon)
  • Fire grilled tomato chicken, kicked up corn, side steamed vegetables (no rice)
  • Starter house salad, chicken cookhouse mushroom, side steamed vegetable
  • Starter house salad, 8-oz sirloin, rice pilaf, side steamed vegetables
  • Cedar plank salmon, baked potato, steamed vegetables.
  • Chicken tacos (no tortillas).

Tips & Tricks

  • Request all condiments on the side; salad dressings, butter, sour cream and sauces. Use 1 tbsp. of any of the above. Vinegar, mustard and spices do not need to be measured.
  • Request all proteins to be grilled without bbq sauce or any other high sugar marinades. Grilled with spices or pan seared are better options.
  • For dishes with baked potatoes or rice, ask for a ½ portion and extra vegetables.
