Meal Options

  • Aroma special, half tuna half feta. I slice bread.
  • Organic baby kale, add grilled chicken breast.
  • Chopped salad, add tuna and 1 hard boiled egg.
  • Warm chickpea salad (no croutons)
  • Warm grilled chicken salad, 1 slice bread.
  • Mozzarella salad (no croutons), add side tuna or grilled chicken breast.
  • Smoked salmon sandwich
  • 2 poached eggs, chopped salad, 1 slice bread,
  • Turkey sandwich (BLT no bacon). Mixed greens salad.

Tips & Tricks

  • Salad dressing to be ordered on the side. Use 1-2 tbsp. salad dressing and 2 tbsp. any vinegar to salad. Request a light dressing that is lower in fat. Avoid dressings that are high in sugar such as honey or maple syrup. Balsamic vinaigrette is a good option.
  • Egg dishes to be ordered as egg white only.
  • Request all tuna packed in water.
  • Request extra tomatoes in all salads (except warm chickpea salad) to add extra carbohydrates.
