Tips & Tricks
- Salad dressing to be ordered on the side. Use 1-2 tbsp. salad dressing and 2 tbsp. any vinegar to salad. Request a light dressing that is lower in fat. Avoid dressings that are high in sugar such as honey or maple syrup. Balsamic vinaigrette is a good option.
- Any salads with tuna to be ordered without mayonnaise.
- Egg dishes to be ordered as egg white only.
- Fruit: request either grapefruit or berries if available.
- 2 slices or rye bread can be replaced with ½ flat bagel.
