For those looking for ongoing support, the weekly journal reviews are for the duration of the 10 week program. Each week you will submit a form (to be supplied by Melissa Jacks) and a response will be given to you within 24 hours. Many people benefit by having an element of accountability, such as weekly weigh ins and food journaling. Having regular feedback and encouragement to track your progress is beneficial for weight loss. Feel free to contact us for more information.
