Meal Options

  • Grilled Norwegian salmon, confetti rice, steamed seasonal vegetables.
  • Entrée size house salad, grilled shrimp skewer
  • Side house salad, grilled sirloin steak, steamed seasonal vegetables
  • Classic 6-oz burger (open faced), substitute fries for house salad.
  • Haystack grilled chicken salad (no tortilla strips).

Tips & Tricks

  • Request all condiments on the side; salad dressings, butter, sour cream and sauces. Use 1 tbsp. of any of the above. Vinegar, mustard and spices do not need to be measured.
  • Request all proteins to be grilled without bbq sauce or any other high sugar marinades. Grilled with spices or pan seared are better options.
  • For dishes with baked potatoes or rice, ask for a ½ portion and extra vegetables.
