- Warm chickpea salad (no croutons)
- Warm grilled chicken salad, 1 slice bread.
- Mozzarella salad (no croutons), add side tuna or grilled chicken breast.
- Smoked salmon sandwich
- 2 poached eggs, chopped salad, 1 slice bread,
- Turkey sandwich (BLT no bacon). Mixed greens salad.
Tips & Tricks
- Salad dressing to be ordered on the side. Use 1-2 tbsp. salad dressing and 2 tbsp. any vinegar to salad. Request a light dressing that is lower in fat. Avoid dressings that are high in sugar such as honey or maple syrup. Balsamic vinaigrette is a good option.
- Egg dishes to be ordered as egg white only.
- Request all tuna packed in water.
- Request extra tomatoes in all salads (except warm chickpea salad) to add extra carbohydrates.
