- Edamame appetizer, entrée size garden salad topped with 7-oz top sirloin.

Tips & Tricks
- Request all condiments on the side; salad dressings, butter, sour cream and sauces. Use 1 tbsp. of any of the above. Vinegar, mustard and spices do not need to be measured.
- Request all proteins to be grilled without bbq sauce or any other high sugar marinades. Grilled with spices or pan seared are better options.
- For dishes with baked potatoes or rice, ask for a ½ portion and extra vegetables.
- For those following a lower-glycemic plan, ask for croutons on the side when ordering salads.
