Meal Options

  • Edamame appetizer, entrée size garden salad topped with 7-oz top sirloin.
  • Entrée size garden salad, topped with cedar plank salmon
  • Cedar plank salmon, basmati rice, side order steamed vegetables.
  • Starter garden salad, grilled chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms and steamed vegetables.
  • Starter mixed greens salad, the original burger (open faced bun), side steamed vegetable.
  • 7-oz certified angus top sirloin beef, basmati rice, steamed vegetables.

Tips & Tricks

  • Request all condiments on the side; salad dressings, butter, sour cream and sauces. Use 1 tbsp. of any of the above. Vinegar, mustard and spices do not need to be measured.
  • Request all proteins to be grilled without bbq sauce or any other high sugar marinades. Grilled with spices or pan seared are better options.
  • For dishes with baked potatoes or rice, ask for a ½ portion and extra vegetables.
  • For those following a lower-glycemic plan, ask for croutons on the side when ordering salads.
