Tips and Tricks
- Request all condiments on the side; salad dressings, butter, sour cream and sauces. Use 1 tbsp. of any of the above. Vinegar, mustard and spices do not need to be measured.
- Request all proteins to be grilled without bbq sauce or any other high sugar marinades. Grilled with spices or pan seared are better options.
- Request thin crust pizza if available and top with grilled chicken breast.
- For those looking for lower-glycemic options, ask for no croutons on salad.
