Meal Options

  • Roasted garlic tomato soup, chicken garden salad
  • Mediterranean salad, quarter chicken white (no skin), side steamed vegetables.
  • Italian wedding soup, grilled chicken Caesar salad
  • Grilled chicken and caprese salad
  • Garden salad, hells chicken kitchen
  • Garden salad (no croutons). One slice large pizza (vegetable toppings only). Top salad with a grilled chicken breast.

Tips and Tricks

  • Request all condiments on the side; salad dressings, butter, sour cream and sauces. Use 1 tbsp. of any of the above. Vinegar, mustard and spices do not need to be measured.
  • Request all proteins to be grilled without bbq sauce or any other high sugar marinades. Grilled with spices or pan seared are better options.
  • Request thin crust pizza if available and top with grilled chicken breast.
  • For those looking for lower-glycemic options, ask for no croutons on salad.
