Meal Options
- 3 eggs whites (scrambled or omelet), side middle east salad, 1 slice bread
- Vegetarian omelet, side greek salad
- Create your own salad: chick peas, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, egg whites, broccoli.
- Sandwich: side smoked salmon slices with capers and onions, 2 slices rye bread. Side sliced tomatoes.
- Fruit salad bowl. Add hard-boiled egg.
- Large Mediterranean chicken salad
- 2 poached eggs, side plain yogurt, side bowl berries.
- Large middle east salad, add 5-oz roasted chicken breast
- House salad, add scoop cottage cheese, 1 hard-boiled egg.
Tips & Tricks
- Salad dressing to be ordered on the side. Use 1-2 tbsp. salad dressing and 2 tbsp. any vinegar to salad. Request a light dressing that is lower in fat. Avoid dressings that are high in sugar such as honey or maple syrup. Balsamic vinaigrette is a good option.
- Egg dishes to be ordered as egg white only.
- Request berries or grapefruit for fruit dishes if available.
