Tips & Tricks
All salads dressing on the side. Use 1 tbsp. dressing and balsamic vinegar.
Ask for vegetables to be steamed, no butter or oil.
For sandwiches, ask for deli rye bread instead of rolls, buns or other varieties of breads.
